Mr. Rovner serves on a variety of non-profit boards and organizations including the Los Angeles Dream Center, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Dave has played a key role in developing MRC into California’s premier multifamily contractor. With more than 30 years of construction management experience, Dave has created strategies that allow MRC to handle projects in the most efficient and effective way possible. Dave is able to understand each client’s unique bottom line. He quickly conceptualizes and evaluates each project, and leads his teams accordingly.
VP of Finance
Cam has B.A. degree in Accounting and qualified as a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Great Britain (FCCA), in London, England. He obtained his certification as a CPA in California in 1984. Cam contributes his extensive experience in both Public Accounting and the Industry to maintain and advance the financial health and capabilities of the company. His focus on both short and long term goals has built a mutually beneficial relationship with various financial institutions and a bonding capacity beyond the limits of our competition. Cam’s ethics and diligence establishes trust with both our clients and trade partners alike.
Accounting and Operations Manager
Heather has been with MRC from its inception. With her organizational skills, she has been instrumental in establishing an efficient work environment for office and field personnel. She strives to ensure client’s satisfaction by being responsive to their needs in a complete and expeditious manner. She has maintained great relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate the flow of work in the field. She is an integral part of the MRC’s team.

Sterling has over 25 years of project management experience and is a seasoned veteran in construction and development of multifamily and commercial real estate. His experience includes over 1 billion dollars’ worth of projects, 3.6 million square feet, and over 3,500 residential units, for some of the nation’s largest builders. His intimate knowledge of the construction process and his strategic subcontractor relationships play a key role in mitigating the most common risks.

Tony is a valued asset to MRC’s executive team. With over a decade of managing high end, multi-family renovation projects, his expertise and excellence is undeniable. His additional knowledge and hands on experience in tenant improvements, new construction, and water intrusion, combined with his background in project management, estimating, and value engineering, makes him the ideal fit for any project. Most importantly, he has a proven track record of successful projects, repeat business, and happy clients.
Kathy joined the MRC team with 27 years of construction expertise. She provides full project management services and coordinates all project aspects from due diligence to completion. Kathy provides clients with value engineering ideas, while maintaining each project’s overall design concept.
With over ten years of construction management and estimating experience, Jason has become multifaceted in the construction industry. He has successfully completed a wide variety of construction projects including, Commercial/Medical Tenant Improvements, Water Intrusion, Construction Defect, Destructive Testing, Unit Turn, HOA and Multifamily Rehabilitation. Jason’s diverse background makes him beneficial to any team for he is a quick thinker and able to produce results to accommodate the most difficult of deadlines. Jason finds enjoyment in collaborative efforts, strives to build lasting relationships and takes pride in making all of his projects personal.
