A full interior high-rise renovation of tenant occupied building. Renovations consisted of complete unit renovation, all corridors, amenity spaces including pool & spa, community room, theatre, kitchen, laundry facilities, podium decking and landscaping. MRC coordinated this complex project with limited logistical resources where tenant safety was of the utmost importance in busy DTLA.
