Dream Center
MRC is currently undertaking the renovation and restoration of the Dream Center (formerly Queen of Angels Hospital campus in Los Angeles). The campus consists of nine buildings and totals 360,000 square feet. The building exteriors have been completely renovated, while maintaining the architecture and history of the facility. The interior 9 floors will all receive a build out including new windows throughout. The project is in phase 2 of 5. Phase 2 consists of the mechanical, plumbing and electrical. Phases 3-5 will include the build out of the 9 floors; these floors will become dormitories, offices and medical centers.
