Century Park East
MRC completed the upgrade to the piping, electrical, and HVAC along with the common area renovation March of 2010. The upgrades included new air handler units (HVAC) air-lifted to the roof, new coil units in all 480 units. New chilled water, domestic hot and cold water piping and a new hot water system were installed. The buildings now feature new electrical systems and lighting through out all corridors. Corridors, laundry room, lobby and mailroom renovations included new carpet, ceilings, lighting, moulding, paint, wallpaper and emergency lighting.
