Dave Holland, Senior VP of Construction
Dave has played a key role in developing MRC into California’s premier multifamily contractor. With more than 30 years of construction management experience, Dave has developed strategies that allow MRC to handle projects in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Mr. Holland quickly conceptualizes and evaluates projects, and leads his teams accordingly. As a result of his wealth of practical construction experience, Dave is able to understand each client’s unique bottom line.
Cam Bethash, Vice President of Finance
Cam has a B.A. degree in Accounting and in 1979 was qualified as a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in London, England. He obtained his certification as a CPA in California in 1984.
Cam’s extensive experience maintains the financial health and advances the financial capabilities of the company. His focus on both short and long term goals has established mutually beneficial relationships with various financial institutions, and a bonding capacity beyond the limits of our competition. Cam’s ethics and diligence establish trust with both our clients and trade partners alike.
Judi MacLean, Operations Manager
Judi joined the MRC Operations Team, bringing over 30 years of progressive construction experience including Finance, Purchasing, Site Supervision, Entitlements, Project Management and Operations.
Having worked in public, private and non-profit development, Judi brings with her a reputation of integrity, ethics, and a passion for construction. She has served as a board member of the Building Industry Assoc. and the Residential Purchasing Corp.
Jason McBurney, Director of Construction, OC/SD
With over 10 years of Construction Management and Estimating experience, Jason has become multifaceted in the construction industry. He has successfully completed a wide variety of construction projects including, Commercial/Medical Tenant Improvements, Water Intrusion, Construction Defect, Destructive Testing, Unit Turn, HOA and Multifamily Rehabilitation.
Jason’s diverse background makes him beneficial to any team for he is a quick thinker and able to produce results to accommodate the most difficult of deadlines. Jason finds enjoyment in collaborative efforts, strives to build lasting relationships and takes pride in making all of his projects personal.
Kathy McGuire, Senior Project Manager & Design
Kathy brings 30 years of Construction and Design expertise to our projects. She provides full project management services and directs all aspects of the project from pre-construction consulting through to project completion. Kathy’s knowledge in keeping with the latest trends provides our clients with value engineering ideas while maintaining the overall design concept.
Jessie Lopez, Project Manager
Jessie has over 17 years of construction experience specializing in Electrical Engineering. He works to achieve a high level of Quality Management with Estimating, Contracting and Supervision. Jessie maintains budgets, schedules and the overall assurance of the successful completion of our projects.
