Breakwater at MDR is a 224 unit complex comprised of 4 buildings and a leasing office set along the water in Marina Del Rey. The renovation was a 20 month project estimated at a cost of approximately $29 million dollars. In addition to a complete exterior upgrade, each unit will receive a complete renovation featuring all new amenities.
